• Length at 33⅓  RPM needs to be limited to 18 minutes per side for best quality.
• Length at 45 RPM needs to be limited to 14 minutes per side for best quality

 

• Cuts On Wax shall commit to executing the Order as soon as possible and delivering the Product. Buyer shall accept, however, that the manual cutting of vinyl records takes a lot of time and that Cuts On Wax can only produce a limited amount of Products per day. Buyer shall therefore accept that all terms communicated to Buyer are merely estimations and not deadlines, unless explicitly agreed upon by letter.
• Cuts On Wax shall execute the Order to the best knowledge and ability and in agreement with the requirements of good craftsmanship.
• Cuts On Wax may enable third parties for the execution of the Service, provided that Cuts On Wax remains responsible for the execution thereof.

Shipping is upon pre-payment but at the customer's risk. The risk is transferred to the customer as soon as Cuts On Wax had handed over the goods to be dispatched to the transporting person or company or they have left Cuts On Wax for shipment. If the goods are ready for shipment and dispatch or acceptance is delayed for reasons that are beyond our control, the risk is transferred to the customer upon receipt of notification that the goods are ready for shipment. Unless agreed otherwise, the route and method of shipment are at our discretion. Should the customer request a special method of shipment, we shall charge the additional cost. Special requirements about the method of shipment must be given afresh with each order. Shipping costs (freight and postage) and customs duties may be invoiced additionally for deliveries outside Greece.

By making available/uploading Content to Cuts On Wax, Buyer shall declare to possess all rights with regard to that Content and/or to have obtained the required license, and Buyer shall guarantee towards Cuts On Wax that they have the right to make the Content available and shall guarantee that all Content they provide:

• Does not infringe (intellectual property) rights or the personal privacy of Cuts On Wax and/or third parties;
• Does not contain (sexually) intimidating, offensive, discriminating, harassing or otherwise controversial messages;
• Does not (in the opinion of Cuts On Wax) conflict with good morals or good taste, is not violent, nor contains a link to pornographic material or pornographic websites, nor contains pornographic or erotic material; or
• Is not unlawful or harmful to third parties or Cuts On Wax.

Buyer shall warrant that they shall not use the Service and or the Product:

• In such a way that Intellectual Property and or privacy rights of Vinylify or of third parties are violated and/or in any other unlawful way;
• In violation of applicable laws or regulations; and/or
• In violation of a provision of the Agreement.

Buyer shall warrant that the Content that they make available to Cuts On Wax in the context of the Service is unencumbered and that there are no Intellectual Property Rights of others on it, and that the Content does not violate nor conflict with any right of third parties and that the use thereof is not unlawful to third parties.

You can also upload the files on a file hosting service of your choice and send us the download link (please include your order number on that case). If you don't have artwork, records will be sent in white inner sleeve with white center label.
